UN chief Upset Over Beheading US journalist Sotloff by ISIS

Wellington - UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon strongly condemned the beheading of journalist Steven Sotloff the United States by militant Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS). Secretary-General Ban ISIS upset over this heinous action.
"We all know the reports from Iraq angry about the brutal killing of civilians by Isil (IS / ISIS), including reports of brutal beheading of another journalist," Secretary-General Ban said on the sidelines of his visit to New Zealand, as reported by AFP on Wednesday (3 / 9/2014).
Secretary-General Ban commented on ISIS militant video released that shows the US freelance journalist Sotloff (31) kneels next to a militant face lid that holds the knife and said it will cut him. This video is similar to ISIS video released last week, showed the beheading of journalist James Foley USA.
"I am strongly condemns all forms of such a heinous crime, and I refuse to accept that the community could be threatened by violent crime because of their background or beliefs," said Secretary General Ban.
Secretary-General Ban draw the current situation in Iraq as a disgusting situation, where ISIS controlled most of the territory in the north and west of the country. He also called on local religious leaders to give priority to tolerance, mutual respect and non-violence.
In the latest video released by ISIS, Sotloff said he was a victim of the policies of President Barack Obama who instructed ISIS terhadao airstrikes in Iraq. Militants beheading stated in the video because foreign policy is considered arrogant.
Sounds militants with a strong British accent was estimated as the male voice in the video beheading of James Foley on August 19, 2014 last. The location is also suspected of beheading the same as the location of beheading Foley.
