Jakarta - The Supreme Court (MA) changed into life imprisonment the death penalty for Henry, Sisca Yofie sadistic killer. The verdict handed down by a trio of justices Gayus Lumbuun-Artidjo Alkostar-Tanuwijaya.
"The verdict is in fact the dead are not only addressed to the defendant but also a warning to the public in order not to imitate such a murder," said commissioner Imam Anshori Saleh while talking to AFP on Wednesday (11/12/2014).

Both had been convicted of violating Article 365 paragraph 4 of the Criminal Code of robbery resulting in death. This ruling upheld by the High Court (PT) in Bandung on June 6, 2014. On appeal, Henry sentence increased to death sentences, while Ade was tried in a separate file. Henry cut a death sentence on Tuesday (11/11) yesterday.
"The death penalty is still a positive law in Indonesia, although the application had to be very selective. I think the death penalty is appropriate," said Imam.
